One day · in person · you build, you do not watch

Spend one day building the AI that runs the work you should not be doing.

No slides. No theory. You build a private AI trained on your business, writing in your voice and handling the tasks that eat your week. You leave with it working.

01What you build

You do not leave with notes.

You leave with a system that is already doing the work. Four things, built by you, running by the time you walk out.

01

An AI that writes in your voice

Trained on how you actually talk, so the emails, posts, and pages sound like you and not a robot wearing your name.

02

Your private Business Brain

One place that holds everything your business knows, so your AI stops guessing and starts answering like it works for you.

03

Agents that run tasks without you

The repeatable work gets handed to something that does not need reminding, checking, or a second cup of coffee.

04

Custom skills you can hand off

Reusable tools your team or your VA can run without you in the room. You build them once. They run forever.

02Read this and see if it is you

This room was built for one kind of person.

  • Everything routes through you. You are the bottleneck, and you already know it.
  • The business looks successful from the outside and feels like a grind from the inside.
  • You have tried the AI tools. You have twelve tabs open and nothing that actually runs your work.
  • You are doing thousand-dollar-an-hour thinking in between forty tasks that were never yours.

If any of that landed, you are in the right place.

03The day, hour by hour

Six builds. Blank screen to working system.

You start with a full plate. You finish with a lighter one and the machine that keeps it that way.

01

The Thousand-Dollar-an-Hour Audit

We sort every task you touch into what only you can do and what should never have landed on your plate.

You leave withA clear map of the work to hand off first.

02

Build Your Business Brain

We set up the private vault that holds your business knowledge, your voice, your offers, your numbers.

You leave withA working Business Brain your AI can actually use.

03

Your AI Copy Engine

We train the AI on the way you write until it stops sounding generic and starts sounding like you.

You leave withAn AI that writes emails, posts, and pages in your voice.

04

The Content Machine

One idea becomes a week of content. We build the system that does the multiplying so you do the thinking.

You leave withA repeatable engine that turns one thought into seven pieces.

05

Agents and Custom Skills

We build something that runs on its own. Not a demo. A real task, done by a machine, while you watch.

You leave withOne agent and one custom skill doing real work by the end of the day.

06

What You Do Monday

We map the handoff so this keeps running after you leave the room, whether you have a team, a VA, or just you.

You leave withA plan to keep the system working without you babysitting it.

04Who is running this

Galel Fajardo.

I have built businesses for twenty-three years, and for a long stretch of it I ran on stress and called it ambition. Revenue was up. From the outside it looked good. Inside, I was doing forty jobs that were never mine.

The fix was not working harder. It was subtraction. I got ruthless about the work only I could do and handed off everything else. AI is the fastest way I have found to do that, and it is not close.

Now I create content for Early to Rise and coach entrepreneurs on building businesses that serve their lives instead of eating them. This bootcamp is the exact system I use, taught in a room, in a day.

05From the last room

Real people. Real quotes. Same room.

Thank you for sharing your gift with us and taking something so "scary/intimidating" and breaking it down into a super organized, simple, and valuable tool.

Craig Ballantyne

I received 10x my investment back by 10:00am.

C.L., Phoenix, AZ

The amount I've saved just by pulling all my emails out - I could leave right now and have gotten way more than my money's worth.

Joe Marcoux

I flew 12 hours to this event and it's already completely changed my life, saved me money and a tonne of stress.

George Lewinski

Galel knocked it out of the park with Claude Code Bootcamp. You all should have FOMO if you weren't here.

Dan Henn

Galel is a Master Coach, a teacher, a guide, a friend. Without him taking me by the hand, I would have been totally lost.

Bruce Storrs

You are by far the best presenter I have had in this space. You explained everything perfectly and taught me new things too.

Dr. S. Davidson

It was incredibly practical, actionable, and gave me valuable new skills and insights into Claude Code and building a Business Digital Brain. Galel was such an inspiring speaker, and the entire event was exceptionally well organized.

06Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

01Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you can describe your business in plain language, you can do this. The whole point is that the AI handles the technical part while you stay in charge of the decisions.

02What do I bring?

A laptop and the logins for the tools we send you ahead of time. You get a short setup list before the day so we spend the day building, not installing.

03Is it really in person?

Yes. One room, one small group, one full day. The date and city go out to the waitlist first, before anyone else.

04How many people are in the room?

Twelve seats. It stays small on purpose, so every person leaves with something that actually works.

05What does it cost?

Pricing goes out to the waitlist when the dates are set. The waitlist gets first access and the early rate before it opens to everyone.

06What if I have never touched Claude Code?

Good. Most of the room has not. You will leave using it like you have had it for months.

When the next bootcamp opens, the waitlist hears first and gets the early rate. Add your name below.

No spam. Dates, details, and the early rate. That is it.
